November 2022 brought the annual Fall Gathering Food Drive, where food items were donated by Quincy Public Schools staff, collected, and distributed to the Southwest Community Food Pantry and Germantown Neighborhood Food Pantry. Their continued generosity and support is amazing!! October 2022 hosted the MICCA-Marching Band Competition at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium where 50 bands from across Massachusetts competed for the grand prize! Special thanks to MountainOne Bank for supporting this event! October also meant the funding of Teacher Mini-Grants and the distribution of $40,000.00 in mini-grant funds to Quincy Public Schools professional staff grant writers. Nothing says new school year like a new backpack!! Special thanks to Cradles to Crayons, NAGE, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Granite, Quincy Credit Union, and Mass Bay Credit Union for their generosity and support of the Annual Backpack and School Supply event!
